This is an amazing place. All of the teachers are wonderful, they truly do care. My oldest has sensory processing issues and can overload easily but none of the teacher ever act like it’s an issue or inconvenience when it does happen, they work with her to help her master it herself. Since starting here she has been able to handle overloads without meltdowns frequently and it has also really improved her coordination and core strength. The self discipline and confidence it has instilled in her is amazing. So very worth it.

Biography

1^st degree Black belt in Kami Bushi Do. I have been taking karate at Harris Holt for 4 years. I originally didn’t want to do karate, but with a little encouragement from Shihan Blake I was able to begin my martial arts journey and get to where I am at now. I am thankful to now be a part of the Harris Holt team. I look forward to continuing my journey and guide many new generations of martial artists along the way.
